Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2007 and is supported by a dedicated team of 5 professionals. My background includes wholesale and over 30 years in the financial services industry, which has shaped my commitment to strong client relationships and sound financial guidance.



I attended a small college in Florida and am a proud Marine Corps veteran. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children. I'm also actively involved in our church and in the local youth soccer league, where one of my team members coaches a youth team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:



As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Hernandez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:




Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. * Bilingual Spanish preferred.
