Job Description

AGB is expanding our residential customer enrollment team and we're looking for upbeat people who enjoy helping others. The Account Representative guides customers through service options, enrollment, and activation while contributing directly to our success. This position is meant for somebody who's detail-oriented, great with people, and looking to do something impactful.

Account Representative Responsibilities:

Interact directly with residential customers to explain service options, features, and promotions in a clear and approachable way Enroll customers in AT&T wireless plans and handle account setup. Recommend the right products and upgrades based on customer needs and usage patterns Maintain accurate records of enrollments and customer information. Ensure customers understand billing, plan features, and available promotions. Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented customer experiences at every interaction Communicate territory results, daily performance, and feedback to supervisors. Stay informed on the latest products, offers, and wireless solutions.

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,100.00 per month
