As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll provide support, resolve questions, and ensure a positive customer experience through phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information to the customer
Handle and resolve complaints in a professional manner
Document customer interactions in our system
Collaborate with team members to address customer needs
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous Logistics Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient with computers and customer service software
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $47,007.31 - $70,007.31 per year
