Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic Client Account Manager who can drive that client experience at our marketing agency from start to finish. We help entrepreneurs grow through a structured 12-month coaching program that blends paid ads, sales optimization, lead generation, and hands-on support.

In this role, you'll serve as the main point of contact for clients, leading monthly coaching calls, supporting day-to-day communication needs, and helping clients implement the systems that generate real results.

What You'll DoLead Monthly Coaching Calls



Run monthly strategy and accountability calls Guide clients through the coaching program and their next steps Review key metrics and help clients understand their performance Coach clients on sales processes, scripts, and lead handling

Deliver a Great Client Experience



Respond to all communication within 24 hours Provide clear follow-up notes and action items after each call Build supportive, trust-based client relationships

Keep Clients on Track



Coordinate tasks with assistants and team members Monitor client progress and flag risks early Support clients in activating long-term tools and subscriptions

Solve Problems Before They Escalate



Handle client challenges professionally Reduce escalations to leadership
