We're located in West Palm Beach Florida, St. Thomas USVI, St. Croix USVI, and Anguilla BVI.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Manager is responsible for the management of all the Avendra and Davidson Accounts.

Essential Functions:

Administers Accounts to include distribution, pricing and promotions. Maintains relationships with customer accounts. Performs field visits at least twice a week. Communicates with customers and enters orders, answers questions, conducts research as needed. Reviews the accounts receivable and performs collections Prepares quotes, contracts and RFP/RFI responses for potential customers, along with maintaining said quote with accurate pricing. Maintains working relationships with Suppliers Accompanies visiting Suppliers on market tours where appropriate

Required Education and Experience:

Minimum high-school degree Previous experience in restaurants, wholesale, or related industries. Knowledge of food and preparation of food is preferred. Computer skills required. Work requires local travel to customers. This requires possession of a valid VI driver's license. Work requires a valid Health Card. Ability to persuade and influence others Ability to develop and deliver presentations, as well as create, compose and edit written materials Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Working conditions require physical demands to include bending, keying, listening, reaching, seeing, standing, walking, driving. Working conditions require medium lifting with occasional heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs.) and carry loads upstairs. Working requires the use of equipment including calculator, computer, printer, photocopier, telephone, hand truck, etc.
