Our teams of staff members work year-round to design, install, and care for displays of tropical plants and flowers in building lobbies, hotels, hospitals, corporate offices, financial institutions, and shopping malls.

Here we Grow Again! Growing Green is St. Louis' leader in Interior and Exterior Plantscaping is looking to add another Account Manager to our team. Our Account Managers have experience and a successful track record in customer care, problem solving, and an eye for design. Our culture is professional, caring and customer focused. If you are good at cultivating relationships, understanding customer needs, and can multi-task with sense of urgency, this might a great career move for you.

Qualifications for this full-time position:

Ability to ask good questions and listen. Organization and planning. Proactive Communicator. Microsoft and CRM proficient. College (preferred but not required). Min 2-3 years sales or customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Nurturing key client relationships. Client meetings and presentations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams. Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships. Prepare proposals for redesign and additional services.
