We're seeking an Account Manager to support our small New Business Development team while actively managing and growing existing customer accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both relationship management and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand a portfolio of existing customer accounts
Partner with the New Business Development team to support prospecting, onboarding, and account launches
Build strong, long-term customer relationships to drive retention and revenue growth
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
Manage your sales pipeline using Pipedrive and other CRM tools
Conduct warm and cold outreach to develop new business opportunities as needed
Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure excellent execution
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals
Maintain deep knowledge of Wildwood Grilling products and industry trends
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Account Management (2+ years of related expereince required)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Proven success managing and growing customer relationships
Strong business development and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Valid driver's license required

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for most of the workday sitting (or standing) at a computer
