- Customer sales and service of personal lines insurance policies
- Ability to resolve client concerns and issues
- Review and recommend insurance coverages for clients
- Account round, Remarket and cross-sell existing accounts
- MA Property & Casualty License or ability to achieve
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Proficient in Agency Management System: AMS 360 or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word and comparative rating
- Full knowledge of personal lines insurance products and coverages
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills and possess strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service focus with a highly professional and timely manner
- Enjoys working in the insurance industry, helping others and building customer relationships
- Salary based on experience ($50,000 - $65,000)
