About the Role



The role will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer success and satisfaction by processing & overseeing customer orders and ensuring on time deliveries. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in managing client relationships and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities: Account Management



Order Management



Genuinely Care for your customers by owning every order under your belt, and manage the process from beginning to end, minutely managing all deadlines and commitments Act as main liaison between all internal departments, outside vendors, salesperson, and client on open orders Work with inside team and outside vendors as needed to ensure orders ship on time.

Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, genuine relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions that leave a memorable impact (Steal the Hearts of Customers). Proactively communicate and engage with clients, creating a partnership built on trust and enthusiasm (Genuinely Care).

Customer Engagement and Problem Solving



Serve as a dedicated resource to clients, responding quickly and effectively to their needs, concerns, and inquiries.

Collaboration and Creativity



Collaborate with sales team, other account managers, and design teams to bring unique, fashion-forward products to clients. Partner with operations and customer service teams to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience.

Performance Tracking and Improvement



Monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform decisions, continuously improving processes and outcomes (Continuously Improve). Report regularly to leadership, showcasing accountability and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications



Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the apparel or promotional products industry. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, embodying our "Start with Yes" ethos.

Desired Skills



Experience in the promotional products or apparel industry. Ability to anticipate client needs and provide creative, customized solutions. Enthusiasm for building relationships and delivering value-driven results.
