The
Account Manager - Migration Team
will be responsible for effectively managing client relationships, and migration of clients to a new Travel Risk Management Platform. They will focus on communication, training, migration of accounts and platform usage guidance to maximize customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Assist with the migration of clients from one technology platform to another
Manage migration process for more than one client concurrently
Document processes and progress
Work as part of a team towards a common goal
Solve client issues and escalate when necessary
Help oversee and coordinate general account and migration management activities and deliverables
Help ensure the team is effectively managing client relationships, onboarding, and engagement

Clearly communicating with clients and internal teams

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications and Education
1-2 years of Account Management or Project Delivery experience
College degree (undergraduate or equivalent)
Exposure to a fast-paced environment
Analytical and data manipulation experience, using data to inform decisions
Position Type and Schedule
Regular Full-Time (RFT)
Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually
24/7 availability to the client while on task
May require domestic and international travel
