Account Manager - B2B Print & Document Technology (Dane County - 18- year Established Territory)

Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
Are you experienced in the B2B document solutions or print technologies space -- and ready to take over a warm, well-supported territory with a strong customer base and consistent inbound leads?
This role is designed for a proven professional who enjoys consultative selling, building long-term business relationships, and earning meaningful recurring commissions without endless cold outreach. You'll walk into an established book of business in Dane County and receive ongoing inbound opportunities from active marketing programs. Your focus is relationship growth, customer experience, and expanding accounts -- not heavy on hunting.
What You'll Do
Manage and grow an existing territory of active accounts throughout Dane County
Meet with business leaders, operations managers, IT, and finance teams to understand workflow needs
Recommend cost-effective and modern solutions for print, scanning, document workflow, and related technologies
Respond to inbound lead requests and conduct discovery meetings, product demos, and proposals
Ensure a high-quality customer experience from first conversation to installation and beyond
Maintain CRM updates and coordinate with internal service and support teams

What We're Looking For
Minimum
2+ years of experience
in B2B print, copier, document management, or office technology
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Someone who enjoys being out in the field, building and maintaining relationships
Professional communication skills, self-motivation, and follow-through
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
