Additionally, you'll care deeply about renewals, always looking for upsell and cross-sell opportunities that drive growth and deliver real business impact.

Everyone wants to know what's expected of them, and they want to be supported in achieving those goals, too. Growing Sage Fixed Assets is our primary focus, so you can expect plenty of resources to help you experience your best work yet. As an account manager, your success will be shaped by:
- Total CSAT and NPS scores
- Average renewal and churn reduction rates
- Total growth in revenue from upselling and cross-selling
- Total NRR scores
- Percentage of CRM accuracy
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Inside Sales or business development experience with demonstrated ability to exceed goals
- An understanding of business, pipeline management, and sales processes utilizing a CRM platform (Salesforce preferred)
- A self-starter with excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills, and an unwavering commitment to integrity and professionalism
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals in a fast-paced sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment to manage and forecast sales activity accurately
- Superior written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Intuitive, with the capacity to learn through formal and self-guided means
- Thrive in a competitive team environment
- Demonstrated Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and ability
