Responsibilities



Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Negotiate with customers as necessary Coordinates the involvement of cross-functional Shamrock departments in order to meet account performance objectives and customer's expectations Manages demand forecasts for assigned accounts and corresponding discussions around forecast variance Act as key point of contact for customers, communicating internally to enhance Shamrock's service levels as appropriate Create and distribute sales orders to fulfill customer demand Lead cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements Expedite as necessary in support of customer demand Work well cross-functionally to optimize information flow within the value stream

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
