Position Overview
A P&C insurance firm is seeking a motivated Account Manager to join their team. This role includes supporting clients day-to-day, handling renewals, and becoming the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. Full training is provided, and the position offers a clear path to grow into a Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Serve as the point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Assist with renewals, updates, and general client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and vendors.
Handle administrative and support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Full training provided -- no insurance experience required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
