About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and relationship-driven

Account Manager

to join our team. This role is responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met, and serving as their primary point of contact within the company. The Account Manager works closely with both the Sales and Operations teams to deliver seamless client experiences from onboarding through ongoing account management.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main liaison for a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.

Post-Sales Handoff & Onboarding:

Engage clients toward the end of the sales process, introduce yourself as their dedicated contact, and lead a smooth onboarding experience.

Account Coordination:

Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, and others) to address client requests, resolve issues, and ensure deliverables are met efficiently.

Needs Assessment:

Understand client goals, challenges, and priorities, and proactively identify ways our services can support their success.

Communication & Reporting:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations.

Issue Resolution:

Anticipate and troubleshoot client concerns, coordinating with the appropriate internal teams for timely resolution.

Process Improvement:

Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in account management, client services, or a similar client-facing role. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments. Proactive problem-solver with a client-first mindset. Comfortable learning new systems and other account management tools.
