Commercial Accounts Manager
Purpose :To function as the primary contact to a commercial landscape & snow client base. Build long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and ancillary sales. Clearly provide service and project details to production for seamless execution.

Reports to: Senior Account Manager. ________________________________________________________________________________ Responsibilities & Duties
Client Satisfaction:
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with assigned clients.
Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure contract renewal.
Client communication green and snow seasons to include during winter events.
Sales & Financial
Proactively discussing site enhancement ideas to clients and working directly with senior account manager to provide proposals.
Generating referrals from existing clients and passing them to the Business Development team for follow-up.
Developing accurate enhancement estimates for existing clients, with assistance from Senior Account Manager, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the division's financial goals.
