About MetaBrand

MetaBrand isn't just a manufacturer -- we're the

launchpad for the next generation of beverages

. We turn bold ideas into real drinks in real cans, from high-performance sports drinks and energy shots to THC / D9 & hemp-infused beverages and RTD cocktails. We partner with founders and emerging brands to go from "what if?" to "what's next."

If you want to be close to the action--where new beverage brands are born and launched--this is where you'll do it.

The Role: Client Account Manager

We're looking for a

organized, proactive, relationship-driven Client Account Manager

to guide our customers through the full product lifecycle--from first production to repeat runs and line extensions.

You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brands, making sure projects move smoothly across R&D, operations, supply chain, QA, and logistics while giving clients a single, trusted partner inside MetaBrand.

If you love combining

project management, operations coordination, and customer success

in one role, this is for you.

What You'll Do

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients from onboarding through repeat production. Build strong, trust-based relationships by understanding each client's products, brand goals, and business needs. Communicate proactively about timelines, production updates, material readiness, and deliveries. Handle client inquiries, escalations, and feedback promptly and professionally. Run regular account check-ins to measure satisfaction and identify future opportunities.

Project & Production Coordination

Oversee pre-production and production activities for client orders, ensuring milestones are met. Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Production Planning, and QA so everything is ready before a run starts. Review formulas, BOMs, packaging specs, and artwork with internal teams and clients. Track production status via ERP/project tools and provide regular progress updates. Ensure clean, timely handoffs between Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance.

Order Management & Fulfillment

Manage client orders from PO receipt through shipment and invoicing. Verify all materials, components, and labels are approved and available before scheduling production. Work with Supply Chain and Warehouse on inventory allocation, shipments, and logistics. Make sure clients receive all required documentation (COAs, batch records, production reports, etc.). Track deliveries and confirm on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance.

Cross-Functional Communication

Keep everyone aligned on scope, changes, risks, and client expectations. Act as a bridge between clients and Formulation, QA, Operations, Finance, and Production. Join internal pre- and post-production reviews to capture lessons learned and action items. Translate technical or production details into clear, client-friendly communication. Help coordinate solutions when internal challenges threaten timelines or quality.

Administration, Documentation & Communication Management

Maintain accurate records of communications, quotes, production status, and change requests in CRM and ERP. Review and process client orders, quotes, change orders, and artwork approvals. Prepare and distribute production summaries, trackers, and status reports. Ensure all documentation meets SOPs, regulatory requirements, and client specs. Support Accounting with invoice verification and collections follow-up as needed.

Reporting & Process Improvement

Maintain account dashboards and production trackers to visualize timelines and bottlenecks. Analyze performance data to spot recurring issues (delays, communication gaps, supply constraints). Recommend and help implement process improvements that enhance customer experience and internal efficiency. Provide structured feedback from clients to internal teams to support continuous improvement.

Compliance, Quality & Documentation

Ensure client deliverables comply with GMP, FDA, and labeling standards--especially for regulated or hemp-based products. Coordinate distribution of QA documents such as COAs, batch records, and product release forms. Support mock recalls and audits that require client-level traceability. Protect confidential and proprietary client information at all times.

Customer Advocacy & Growth

Act as the internal champion for your clients, balancing their needs with operational realities. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (formulation tweaks, packaging upgrades, co-packing add-ons, new SKUs). Partner with Sales on renewals, expansion proposals, and key customer presentations. Drive long-term retention through consistent delivery, transparency, and trust.

Who You Are
