Duties



Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with customized solutions. Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, warm calling, and market analysis to expand the client portfolio. Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts that align with company goals while providing value to clients. Collaborate closely with marketing teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with client needs. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition and high client satisfaction. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and address any client concerns promptly. Provide leadership within cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet technical and business requirements. Engage in ongoing professional development around industry trends, technology sales strategies, and account management best practices.

Experience



Proven success in B2B sales or account management roles within technology or related industries. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively. Demonstrated ability in business development activities including cold calling, warm calling, and networking. Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. Analytical mindset capable of interpreting sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategic insights. Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage accounts and sales pipelines efficiently. Familiarity with marketing strategies that support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.
