Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills particularly in B2B environments. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective account management and business development initiatives.

Purpose:

Point of contact for new and established clients for invoicing, general product info, sales, purchasing agreements, and POs. Distribute selling information to help facilitate the wholesale and private label order process. Gateway to directing opportunities and prospects. Ensuring orders are delivered to customers on time.

Objective:

Receive orders and inquiries, delegate inquiries to the appropriate point of contact, and start executing the order. Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and active clients to meet revenue goals and maintain customer satisfaction metrics. Facilitate daily shipments of orders as inventory becomes available.

Track

and manage new client opportunities promptly, including follow-through with clients.

Same-day response within business hours. Follow up within five business days if there is no response for the assigned accounts. Increase in revenue, wholesale and private label reorders, and new wholesale accounts revenue by 10% starting 3/1/26 Accurately identifying where each opportunity needs to be monetized, who is the appropriate representative for this client, and how to leverage the most opportunities. All incoming contacts have been logged and assigned in NetSuite. Uses Trello to log all communications with clients and manage orders Have biweekly reports to Four Seasons ready and accurate, and a monthly COGS report is prepared by the 10th of the following month. Inventory is accurately accounted for monthly. Systems have improved, and there is more transparency in administrative operations.

Skills:



Experience with accounting software, QuickBooks, or NetSuite Strong written and verbal skills The ability to provide professional and efficient customer service Able to create and maintain organizational systems Able to use Google Suites, Slack, Excel, and general office software Able to work independently and together as a team

Additional skills



Experience with Netsuite, shopify, Trello and Canva Background in sales or marketing Experience with logistics, international shipping, and receiving.

Duties and Tasks:



Intake of customer data - Purchasing Agreement, POs or emailed orders Transfer of customer data into MRP Netsuite, Trello, and Drive for Procurement (data entry) Communication with the art department about the clients' needs and manufacturing needs Production planning with other departments Client relations and order processing Collaborate with the operations team to execute Logistics for shipping and receiving. Do reporting for COGS and open orders for corporate accounts General sales. Reach out and communicate with existing clients to secure reorders, introduce new products, gather client feedback, and generate additional revenue by identifying new opportunities.

Answer the office phone and messages Responding to Inquiries Allocating to the proper salesperson if not wholesale Responding with sales collateral Follow-up regarding inquiries Receiving Orders and PO Invoicing Taking Payments Receiving Payments for Net Accounts Managing Samples Sending Samples and logging tracking information into trello Logging with Trello if translation has procurement needs or additional support from operations Communicating with potential customers and sales representatives Customer Relations General sales General Sales Systematically reaching out to existing clients for Reorders Feedback Introduce new products Get introductions to other departments for additional revenue opportunities. Upsell orders if possible by sharing new sales information.

Invest in a 3-year marketing spend to attend hospitality trade events to procure more corporate contracts with Luxury hotel groups. To land 4-6 contracts per year

Build an online sales platform and presence for D2C.

2027- Launch D2C campaign focusing on luxury clean beauty markets.

Pay: - Starting $23 an hour



- 32 hours of paid vacation per year



- 32 hours of sick pay per year



Starting at $21 an hour for a 2-week Trial Period, 3-month runway to $23 an hour



With the opportunity to work up to $25, a 12-month runway, yearly raise.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
