Job Summary

Latitude 41 Lawn & Landscape Services is hiring an Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our commercial clients. This position focuses on client retention, proactive communication, and identifying opportunities to improve commercial properties through additional services and enhancements. We are focused on building long term partnerships, not transactional relationships.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned accounts, mainly Commercial and HOA based. Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality of service. Identify and propose property enhancements. Assist with renewals, scope changes, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client based services preferred, but not required. Strong communication and relationship building qualities. Organize and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
