Responsibilities
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions
Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals that benefit both clients and the company
Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, warm calling, and market analysis
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and retention
Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, analyzing account performance, and identifying upsell opportunities
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and activity reports
Present technical sales solutions clearly and effectively, translating complex concepts into accessible language for clients
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently
Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to articulate value propositions compellingly
Demonstrated ability in business development through cold calling, warm calling, or networking
Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth and client engagement
Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing client data and sales processes
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions
