Job Description


The successful candidate will manage the functional area of Implementation for all MDLIVE Clients. Candidate will partner with Sales leadership to provide operational support of client renewal and revenue creation strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing established standard operating procedures and service level agreements for implementations; as project managers lead and define expectations within MDLIVE\xe2\x80\x99S new business Projects. Will be responsible for coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to establish internal business requirements and reporting associated success rates for adherence and project delivery.

Essential Job Functions

  • Directly manage strategic/high profile client projects
  • Work with a team of project managers with the goal of ensuring organizational structure, design, roles and responsibilities for the Implementation team that aligns with the goals of the business
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team leaders on continued scalability, efficiency and process improvement
  • Report insight and tactical needs for Senior Director of Professional Services
  • Handle 1st level escalations with Implementation teams; escalate appropriately to internal management of client issues and complaints.
  • Teach, coach and demonstrate best practices to team
  • Use critical thinking skills to proactively manage client issues.
  • Execute on and track utilization strategies as agreed upon by Client Success/Sales and Marketing
  • Manage the development and improvement of department procedures; drive a continuous improvement mindset within team
  • Assist Client Success/Sales through prospective client sales cycles, including but not limited to, solution ideation, platform demonstrations, contract support, and assistance developing strategic telehealth roadmaps.
  • Ensure all Implementation projects consistently launch on time with accuracy
  • Ensure all implementations are completed on time, within budgetary parameters and meet or exceed the quality and client satisfaction standards set by the company
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Strong strategic planning skills
  • Individual should possess strong analytical and process management skills and have a broad understanding of business strategy and operations
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems, evaluate risks and alternatives
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess strong presentation skills, management skills and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams; must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence others
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Professional Services, implementations or similar area
  • 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 healthcare experience
  • 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience leading team in a professional environment
  • BA/BS degree in Health Care, Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • Demonstrated planning/organizational skills: ability to plan for both long and short term; ability to work on many issues at once
  • Knowledge of staffing projections and ratios
