Enterprise Fleet Management has an exciting opportunity for an Account Fleet Coordinator (AFC).


This position oversees the ordering and delivery process for our clients and is responsible for providing reporting and administrative support to the sales team as well as superior service to our clients. The Account Fleet Coordinator maintains daily contact with clients and provides exceptional support through professional verbal and written communication, with the goal of exceeding the client\'s expectations.

This work from home (WFH) position is an administrative, team focused, customer service and support role that is great for someone looking to set roots long-term in a career position. This position is full time and requires normal business working hours of Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Compensation begins at $49,300 plus full benefits, 401K matching, profit sharing, and great discounts!


This is a work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in Cleveland, OH or the surrounding OH counties.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a local, knowledgeable resource for an assigned book of Fleet Management clients, primarily through phone and email
  • Manage all administrative and sales support tasks related to the client base
  • Create, update and distribute client lease documents and field related questions
  • Input and initiate vehicle quotes and orders for clients
  • Collaborate with internal operational teams to determine options and solutions for clients
  • Assist the sales team by preparing documents, materials and reports for client meetings, and attend as requested
  • Participate in monthly development meetings and assist in achieving department goals

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must have 3+ years of logistics, supply chain or prior client, sales, or vendor support experience
  • Must have 3+ years of successful experience with problem resolution or analyzing data to make recommendations
  • Must have at least 1 year of successful client communication or experience in collaboration and having adversarial conversations
  • Must reside in Cleveland, OH or the surrounding OH counties
  • Must be willing to accept $49,300/year for this position
  • Must have basic computer skills (Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Must have high speed internet connection with upload/download speed of 3MB or greater
