CREW, a rapidly growing startup company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Account Executive (Salary+Commissions Role)
to help revolutionize trash valet service in the Short Term Rental industry. This role is pivotal in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be self driven, possess strong communication and negotiation skills and have a proven track record in B2B sales.
Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Proactively identify and pursue leads through warm outreach, networking, and innovative prospecting methods.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
In-Person Engagement: Represent Crew at trade shows, in-person visits, and B2B meetings, fostering connections and expanding our market presence.
Social Media Utilization: Leverage social media platforms to attract and engage potential leads, enhancing our brand visibility.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with marketing teams to develop creative strategies and contribute to our growth trajectory.
Requirements
Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales or account management, particularly in a tech or service-driven industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
Proficiency in Hubspot or similar CRM platforms for managing accounts and tracking sales activities
Demonstrated success in warm calling, lead generation, and building long-term client relationships
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and driving results
In-Person & Digital Savvy: Skilled in both face-to-face engagements and using social media to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Leadership & Initiative: A collaborative spirit, willing to mentor and share best practices within the team.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
