What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you'll be the connector and strategist behind our Healthcare Purchasing Connection and Premier programs, ensuring our affiliates have access to the best resources and solutions in the senior services market. You will:

• Drive Growth: Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies alongside our Director.
• Build Relationships: Serve as the go-to partner for affiliate members, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Showcase Value: Present program benefits to leadership teams and decision-makers.
• Create Opportunities: Qualify prospects, craft proposals, and close deals that make a difference.
• Collaborate: Work with Premier, distributors, and manufacturers to maximize contract utilization.
• Educate & Support: Provide ongoing guidance to affiliates, keeping them informed and empowered.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience (healthcare preferred), including 2 years in a GPO organization.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and deep knowledge of GPO industry trends

Qualifications:
$92,664.00- $130,811.20 Annual Benefit Overview:

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
