We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Account Executive, based in Houston, TX, who will play a key role in managing major U.S. clients and supporting the company's business development strategy across North America. Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Success (80%)
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value U.S. clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Coordinate with Inside Sales and Technical Support teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals, solutions, and client services.
Monitor project timelines and manage execution to align with customer expectations.
Track account performance and regularly report activity to company leadership.
Business Development (20%)
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and during client site visits.
Collaborate with marketing and inside sales on lead generation and qualification efforts.
Gather client feedback and market intelligence to inform product/service improvements.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within a technical or industrial environment.
Solid technical background (e.g., industrial machinery, manufacturing systems, or engineering products).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in equipment, machinery, or industrial system sales.
Familiarity with project-based B2B selling cycles.
English fluency (Spanish is a plus).
Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented attitude.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Base Salary: $65,000
