Enterprise Account Executives develop customer relationships to sell products and services, prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads through referrals. Partnering, AE\'s manage a portfolio of active lines, identifying business needs matching them to the T-Mobile for Business product portfolio. The role is responsible for both new logo growth and retention of the active account base.

Job Responsibilities: * Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.

  • Fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting. Ensure all internal departments have fulfilled responsibilities to bring new customers onboard. Research business information about prospects.
  • Contract and sales negotiations.
Education: * High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor\'s Degree (Preferred)
Work Experience: * 4-7 years Acquisition sales experience and a demonstrated history of achievements in a commissioned environment. ()
  • 2-4 years Technology or wireless Sales experience to Fortune 1000 companies in Region. ()

California Pay Range : $102,840.00 - $139,080.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate\xe2\x80\x99s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee\xe2\x80\x99s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
