What You'll Do
Lead client relationships across key accounts, ensuring trust, alignment, and long-term growth
Develop and drive marketing strategies and plans that connect brand ambition to measurable outcomes
Guide internal teams to deliver exceptional creative and strategic work -- on brief, on time, and on point
Serve as the internal "client voice," ensuring strategy and creative deliver on business objectives
Build and mentor account teams, developing future leaders within the agency
Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and production to ensure seamless execution and communication
Identify growth opportunities within accounts and help shape agency proposals and new business efforts

What You Bring
10+ years of experience in account leadership within a
marketing, creative, or advertising agency
Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns and cross-disciplinary teams
Deep understanding of brand strategy, marketing planning, and consumer behavior
Strong business acumen -- you can connect creative ideas to commercial results
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead at the executive level
A proactive, steady, and strategic mindset -- you anticipate problems before they appear
