About the Role
As a
Senior Account
Director
, you will be the primary partner and strategic guide for key clients, ensuring their projects move seamlessly from concept to delivery. You'll collaborate closely with our design, strategy, and production teams to deliver bold, thoughtful, high-quality work.
This is a client-facing, fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, resourceful, and deeply comfortable navigating the creative process.
What You'll Do Client Leadership
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, clarity, and proactive communication.
Understand client needs, challenge assumptions, and provide strategic recommendations.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Project & Creative Process Management
Lead end-to-end management of branding, design, and campaign projects.
Create clear briefs, timelines, scopes, and deliverable plans.
Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.
Facilitate smooth communication across internal teams and external partners.
Strategic Support
Help develop brand strategies, launch plans, messaging frameworks, and campaign concepts.
Provide insights based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and client objectives.
Support client presentations, pitch decks, and strategic reviews.
Operational Excellence
Track budgets, approvals, project changes, and client expectations.
Prepare status updates, meeting notes, and progress reports.
Maintain strong, organized documentation and follow-through.
What We're Looking For Experience
5+ years of experience in a branding, design, creative, or advertising agency.
Proven track record managing clients and delivering complex creative projects.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (design, strategy, digital, production).
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills -- clear, confident, professional.
Strategic mindset with the ability to guide clients and ask the right questions.
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Collaborative, positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
Understanding of branding and the creative development process.
Technical
Comfortable with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.).
Strong presentation and documentation skills (Google Workspace / MS Office).
Familiarity with design processes and terminology (no design skills required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
