About the Role

We're hiring an Account Coordinator to help ensure every customer is contacted, cared for, and never forgotten. This role coordinates coverage across many accounts, keeps quotes and reorders moving, and partners with production and our PH support team to deliver smooth outcomes. It is ideal for someone with one to three years in B2B coordination or customer success who is organized, detail-focused, and confident with clients.

What You'll Do

Plan and track follow ups so all accounts receive regular touchpoints Prepare quotes and product options that fit goals, budget, and timeline Coordinate tasks with our overseas support team and step in when needed Keep HubSpot up to date with notes, next steps, reminders, and clean data Work with production, design, logistics, and customer service to hit dates and quality targets Watch for reorder cycles, store refreshes, events, and seasonal needs Recommend products and decoration methods aligned to client objectives Help document simple processes that reduce errors and speed up work

What We're Looking For

One to three years in B2B account coordination, customer success, or inside sales Strong written and verbal communication with a friendly, professional tone Organized, resourceful, and comfortable juggling many tasks Confident using CRM tools like HubSpot and quick to learn new systems Local to Mahwah and comfortable working on site each workday Nice to have: exposure to promotional products or decorated apparel, familiarity with SanMar and S&S Activewear, experience with Printavo, InkSoft, Chipply, or OrderMyGear, and basic knowledge of decorated apparel and promotional products.
