Account Associate

, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and the Client Experience team, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.

What You'll Do:

Provide outstanding support to clients and the Client Experience team Manage client accounts and ensure all requests and timelines are met with precision Build and nurture strong client relationships, resolving concerns proactively Utilize CRM software and TotalView to track client support and vehicle transactions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client deliverables Act as a liaison between sales, clients, and internal departments Identify and recommend process improvements for enhanced client service

What You Bring to the Table:

Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal Strong attention to detail - accuracy is key when managing multiple tasks High energy and a professional demeanor - a client-focused approach is essential Ability to work independently and as part of a team Advanced computer skills - CRM, TotalView, and Microsoft Suite expertise preferred Two or more years of experience in a client service or communication-focused role High school diploma or equivalent required
