What You'll Do

Deliver dynamic, standards-based instruction in your subject area Design lesson plans and materials that spark curiosity and support learning goals Track student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and celebrate achievements Create a welcoming, inclusive classroom where every student feels valued Collaborate with colleagues through staff meetings, trainings, and professional development Communicate effectively with students, staff, and administrators Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and needs

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Valid teaching certificate or license Strong classroom management and instructional skills Excellent communication, organization, and time-management abilities A genuine commitment to student success and continuous improvement
Preferred:1-2 years of teaching experience Familiarity with digital learning platforms and tools ESL, Special Education, or other endorsements Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages)
