Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete search worksheet and scan to order, along with: + Complete copy of the LSOT and any deeds affecting the legal description
+ 1st page of any open mortgage/deed of trust
+ Copies of any and all judgements/liens
+ Copies of all tax tickets
+ Full copy of any prior owner mortgage/deed of trust still open
* All supplemental forms applicable to search (foreclosure checklist, estate checklist, etc.) must be fully completed and include any and all pertinent supporting documentation.
