Poolside Restaurant Server at Cragun's Resort

Cragun's Resort, nestled on the stunning Gull Lake, is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Servers at our poolside restaurant, Above Deck. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in the Food & Beverage industry, with no prior experience necessary. If you enjoy providing exceptional guest service in a lively, scenic environment, we invite you to apply and become part of our welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service Set and reset tables according to service standards Handle transactions by obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, and returning change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area Assist guests with any special requests or needs to enhance their experience

Skills and Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude Ability to work flexible hours and available Fridays and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Prior experience is not required; training will be provided
