!We're seeking Behavior Technicians to provide
assent-based ABA services
inhomes, schools, clinics, and community settings
. You'll support individualized plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), focusing on skills that truly matter--communication, play, self-advocacy, daily living, and social connection.What You'll Do
Build relationships and provide neuroaffirming support across settings Teach communication, play, life, and social skills using playful, assent-based ABA strategies Collaborate with BCBAs and families to celebrate strengths and progress Collect data and document services to ensure quality and continuity of care
What We're Looking For
Passion for supporting neurodivergent children and families Creativity, empathy, and flexibility in working with kids of all ages High school diploma (college coursework in related fields preferred) Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your region Openness to training, feedback, and professional growth (certifications supported)

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
