Job Description

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is an established in-home ABA agency providing individualized therapy for children and young adults ages 3-23 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Since 2015, our clinical team -- led by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and LCSWs -- has been dedicated to helping families achieve meaningful, long-term progress for their learners.


We are currently expanding our team and seeking caring, dependable

ABA Behavior Technicians

to work 1:1 with children in the home setting.

Role Responsibilities

Provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living Follow the individualized treatment plan and implement targeted interventions Document session notes and track data for all goals Maintain clear, professional communication with families and supervisors

Preferred Background

Studies or experience in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, OT, or Speech Experience working with preschool or school-aged children Strong communication skills, reliability, and professionalism Comfort with data entry and documentation CPR/First Aid, Mandated Reporter, RBT, or Crisis Prevention training is a plus

Middlesex, NJ (08846) - 15-year-old

Monday through Friday, approximately 3:30/4:00 PM - 6:30/7:00 PM Weekends 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Iselin, NJ - 8-year-old

Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sundays, morning or afternoon availability (flexible)
