Job Description

Position Criteria:

Valid Iowa teaching license, preferred but not required Demonstrate aptitude for performing tasks listed Must exhibit ethical practices, and be a role model to students Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Performance Criteria:

Assist head coach/sponsor with an needed mock trial activities Conduct team meetings and Keep parents and team members informed of scheduled practices and scrimmages Inform team members of district rules and procedures of tournament Instruct team members on proper trial decorum and appearance Help students construct case theme and line questioning * Coordinate plans with the 8th and 10th-12th grade coaches/sponsors to ensure organization and continuity
