The EOD Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing the EOD Maintenance & Logistics Operations. Duties include:
Programming equipment for repair into shops and managing the resources (personnel, repair parts, facilities, tools) in order to complete all repairs/services IAW contract requirements
Supervising performance of work to Army Maintenance Standards
Developing and implementing maintenance management standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Attending meetings, preparing reports and documentation as needed
Resolving maintenance issues and requirements identified during the period of performance of the contract.
Monitoring and ensure that all supply actions are being completed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

The EOD Maintenance Supervisor must be highly qualified with general supervisory experience and must have specific management experience in maintenance shop operations and in-depth technical knowledge concerning the repair of Army Materiel
Must have specific management experience in maintenance shop operations and in-depth technical knowledge concerning the repair of Army Materiel
Comprehensive knowledge of governing regulations, policies, and procedures dealing with Army Materiel Maintenance Management
Proficiency with computer programs and an understanding of management information systems
Knowledge of retail supply program relationships, concepts and methodologies pertaining to maintenance management operations
Possess comprehensive knowledge of applicable maintenance, supply and equipment management processes and related regulations
Ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve delivery of services as required
Possess verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, and prepare reports, plans, and working instructions
Be familiar with GCSS-Army and the Army's Supply system
Minimum Job Requirements:
Prefer, bachelor's degree
Must have a minimum of Five (5) years of experience in first-line supervision of fleet/equipment management/maintenance
Must have intricate knowledge of analytical techniques and causative research skills to identify areas of needed emphasis to recommend improvements.
Must possess operations skills and knowledge of the automated supply systems utilized.
Must possess the appropriate verbal and written communications skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, prepare reports, plans, and working instructions.

Must be able to pass pre-employment and background checks related to the position
Valid state driver's license
