Job Description
Salmon Brook Rehab and Nursing is a short and long term care facility located in Glastonbury, CT. We are currently seeking an 7AM-3PM RN Shift Supervisor to join our team!
This is a full time position, Monday - Friday with an on-call rotation.
Previous supervisory experience in a SNF setting is strongly preferred.
Candidates must possess a valid CT RN license in good standing.
