Registered Nurse - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Position Overview:

seeking a

skilled and compassionate registered nurse

to join the

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

team at the United States Naval Hospital in Guam. The ideal candidate will have recent NICU experience, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to critically ill newborns.

Work Schedule:

Days:

Sunday through Saturday

Shifts:

0630-1900 hours or 1830-0700 hours Each two-week period will include

12.5-hour and/or 8.5-hour shifts

, with an uncompensated

30-minute meal break

Qualifications:

Education:

Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program (ACEN or CCNE)

License:

Active, unrestricted state RN license

Experience:

Minimum of

2 years

of recent (within the last 5 years) experience as a

Registered Nurse in an NICU setting

Citizenship:

Must be a

U.S. Citizen

Language:

Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform all duties required under the contract

Certifications (Required):

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

S.T.A.B.L.E. Program Certification

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $44.02 - $48.93 per hour
