3rd Shift Supervisor

What You\'ll Do
As a 3rd Shift Supervisor, you\'ll be part of our Stanley Engineered Fastening team located in Lakewood, OH. You\'ll get to:

• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
• Supervise all 3rd shift departments and oversee transition into 1st shift each day.
• Oversee and continuously monitors the overall operation of all equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and reviews employee production documentation to ensure the accuracy of inventory and production transactions.
• Coordinate with the previous shift supervisor on orders, problems, work schedules and housekeeping.

• High school diploma required and some college desired.
• Minimum of 3-5 years\' supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead others and managing performance and execution.
• Pre-employment requirements will include a shop math test, as well as a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
