Known for our commitment to quality, safety, and value, we distribute a wide range of tortillas, chips, and salsas to grocery stores, restaurants, and distributors across the area. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Packer to join our dynamic production team. This role is vital in ensuring our products are packaged accurately and efficiently during the overnight hours. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

Pack products into boxes or containers with precision and speed Inspect finished packages for quality, accuracy, and proper labeling before sealing Ensure all packaging materials are stocked and organized for continuous workflow Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area to promote a safe environment Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors Assist with loading packaged products onto pallets for shipment readiness Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently

Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Strong focus on safety procedures and quality standards Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if needed Willingness to learn new processes and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
