Join our dynamic team as a 3rd Shift Mixer Operator and become a vital part of our food production process! Hours: 10pm-6:30am
Monday-Friday--(Weekends may be required based on operational needs)
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A SALIVA DRUG SCREEN.
Responsibilities
Operate mixing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently to produce consistent batches of food products during the overnight shift.
Follow detailed recipes and formulas, utilizing culinary skills such as knife handling, baking techniques, and food preparation methods.
Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols.
Monitor ingredient levels, perform quality checks, and document production data accurately throughout your shift.
Assist with food handling, processing, and packaging tasks to ensure product integrity and safety.
Conduct routine equipment inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform basic maintenance or report repairs needed.
Adhere to all food safety regulations related to sanitation, food processing, and storage to prevent contamination or spoilage.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs reguluary throughout the shift as you will be lifting heavy bags of ingredients.
Experience
Prior experience in food production, manufacturing, or a related culinary environment is highly preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of cooking, baking, or food preparation techniques is advantageous.
Familiarity with sanitation procedures and HACCP standards ensures compliance with safety protocols.
Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements, recipe adjustments, and quality assessments.
Restaurant or kitchen experience provides a strong foundation for understanding food handling and safety practices.
Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills to maintain high standards during overnight operations.
