Job Description

Currently hiring one individual to work 3rd shift every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday from 12 am-8 am, with potential to provide on-call and vacation coverage across any shift.

Hospital Hospitality House of Saginaw is a nonprofit organization that serves as a home away from home to out-of-town patients and families receiving medical care in Saginaw. We are open 24/7/365, so all staff must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Our Hospitality Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and common areas, checking guests in/out at the front desk, entering information into our guest registration software, and answering the phone, all while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keep all common areas clean Front Desk duties including check-in and -out of guests Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms Make beds and keep up with laundry Replenish toiletries and towels Make dinner for guests, as needed

Prioritize work and able to multitask Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance Follow house cleaning techniques and procedures Friendly guest interactions Organizational skills and attention to detail Accurately and timely follow through on oral and written instruction

Ability to handle confidential issues Attendance and punctuality Ability to handle multiple distractions Ability to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays Other duties, as assigned

MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma or GED Knowledge of computers and able to input data into software Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with guests Frequent standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching
