3rd Shift Crush Operator
Job Description
American Natural Processors is seeking a self-motivated and highly focused individual for this opportunity to learn master the full scope of our Crush operation within the Cherokee Plant. Your previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing position will be of great value to us but is not required for consideration with American Natural. Your ability to communicate with a diverse team of people, both verbally and in writing will significantly improve your success in this role.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
Uphold a clean and functional workplace that complies with all safety and food grade regulations.
Meticulously document production processes and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Become familiar with the process of starting up or shutting down the refinery and crush equipment.
Responsible for continuous monitoring of equipment - with a focus on the quality of the finished product.
Report variances and issues as soon as they become apparent.
Additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Master Operator or Production Manager as needed.

WHAT WE OFFER:
