THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT POSITION FROM 6PM - 4:30AM. MONDAY - THURSDAY.

A Warehouse Auditor is responsible for verifying the accuracy of inventory, monitoring warehouse processes, and ensuring that all materials, products, and documentation meet company standards. This role helps maintain operational efficiency, reduce errors, and support compliance with internal and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Audits:

Conduct regular cycle counts, spot checks, and full inventory audits to ensure quantity accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect inbound and outbound shipments to confirm accuracy, condition, labeling, and compliance with company standards. Verify packing lists, purchase orders, shipping documents, and system entries for accuracy and completeness. Observe warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping) for adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Record audit findings, prepare reports on discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions to reduce error rates. Ensure warehouse practices comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Assist in investigating inventory errors and process variances; collaborate with teams to implement improvements. Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, input audit results, generate reports, and update records.
