Job Description

We're looking for an Assistant Manager to help the team manage the day-to-day operations of this store. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play an integral role in engaging with customers and fulfilling their needs. This includes greeting and assisting customers, offering sales assistance and maintaining a tidy environment. Internal responsibilities include loss prevention, protecting our assets, handling cash transactions, reconciling cash drawers and preparing daily bank deposits. Prior retail experience is preferred for this role. Communication skills are a must as you will be representing the company in a professional manner to both customers and staff. The goal is to build customer loyalty while managing store operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

Coaches and trains employees on topics such as productivity and customer service standards. Maintains organizational structure by completing tasks such as employee scheduling; preparing documentation and providing support. Manage ethical, legal, security and risk-management compliance issues in the workplace. Provide assistance to other managers with their daily tasks and projects. Manage a team of employees to ensure efficiency and timely completion of tasks. Ensure that all marketing activities align with company goals; provide solutions to address issues customers face. Analyze data to identify trends, make recommendations and measure improvements in efficiency. Keep up to date with current marketing trends, products/services and vendors; spot new trends that may require changes in business strategy.

Pay: $15.20 - $15.50 per hour
