RN/LPN Unit Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a Unit Manager (RN/LPN) to care for our Residents. The candidate will be part of the professional Nursing Administrative Team. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care. The goal is to promote the patient's well-being by providing high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities of RN/LPN Unit manager:

Monitor patient's condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice. Observe and interpret Residents symptoms and communicate them to physicians. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients. Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and fill in patients' charts. Adjust and administer patient's medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders.

Requirements for RN or LPN Unit Manager:

Active LPN or RN License in the State of Georgia Rehab/Short Stay Experience Infection Control/LTC experience is a plus
