As a Custom Solutions Service Leader you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
  • Leads cross-functional technical/clinical team delivering a world class customer experience
  • Implements processes and policies to support customers in multiple geographies
  • Leading the end-to-end customer experience for Oral Care digital workflow solutions
  • Determines strategies to improve service and customer satisfaction
  • Supports business performance goals


Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree complete and verified (prior to start)
  • Ten (10) years of experience in customer service and/or business operations management
  • Three (3) years of experience in the integration of technical/clinical customer requirements into internal work processes
  • Experience in the Oral Care industry
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
  • Expert knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices, ideally in a program-based, service-based, or custom business
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations
  • Comfortable with Oral Care digital technologies
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, or Operations
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the external market
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Oral Care industry experience\xe2\x80\x94especially digital workflows
  • Budget development/finance and oversight experience
  • Excels at operating in a fast pace, community environment
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
  • Persuasive with details and facts
  • Delegates responsibilities effectively
  • Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Knowledge of computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility


Work location: Hybrid Eligible Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to 3M Oral Care Office 3-5 days per month (as needed).

Travel: May include up to 15% domestic/international customer meeting travel
Relocation Assistance: Is not authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
