JOB DESCRIPTION


Regions is seeking a 340B Program Specialist to join our team.
The 340B Program Specialist will:

Performs program audits and evaluates 340B eligibility to ensure compliance with HRSA and OPA regulations. Assists the analyst in system maintenance to ensure NDC integrity between purchasing, billing, and split billing software. Provide reports for 340B oversight activities.

Work Schedule:




FTE: 1.0 Day Shift, Flexible hours between 7am and 5pm

Required Qualifications:




Education: High School graduate or equivalent


Experience

:




Three to five years pharmacy operations experience as a pharmacy technician, pharmacy purchasing, or inventory management.


Licensure/Registration/Certification:

Registered as a pharmacy technician with the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy Current Pharmacy Technician certification through either the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board or National Health Career Association (tracked in department)

Preferred Qualifications:




Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or health related field.


Experience:

1-2 years of experience in reviewing data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. 1-2 years of experience with 340B program regulatory and billing/coding compliance preferred. 1-2 years of experience in business, analytics, or auditing

Licensure/Registration/Certification: 340B University Certificate
